If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, refunds are available within the first 10 days of purchase.

The return requirements are as follows:

- The order must have been purchased from www.falxbeautyy.com
- A receipt of purchase must be provided, along with a photo of the merchandise
- Products that are unused and unopened are eligible for a return
- Products much be in the original packaging
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must have no visible signs of use including lash glue, removal from the tray or any other discrepency with the product

* The shipping costs will NOT be refunded

* You will be responsible for shipping costs to return products in regards to a refund

All orders take 1-5 business days (excluding holidays) to process.
Once your order is placed it is finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered within the first 24 hours.
